Ann Pike Memorial Flower Bed 07 July 2010 The Flower Bed near Rock Street in memory of our former Secretary, Ann Pike, has now been planted.  The brass plaque has been very kindly donated by Mike from Gems, which has been put on a beatifully made wooden mount by Simon of Avon Wood Turners (again donated).  Thanks go to both Mike and Simon. Carnival Thank You 07 July 2010 Thank you to all the members that donated prizes to the Chamber Tombola at the Carnival on the 3rd July.  Thanks also go to Claire Jaggard of www.mythornbury.co.uk and Sarah Neale of Morgan Stone Independent who manned the stall during the day. Visitors were delighted with the range of gifts, including meals and treats to eat, various tipples and vouchers to spend on Thornbury High Street. More...
